Nancy has been using her Masters in Teaching degree and her love
of swimming in instructing and coaching for the past 3 years.
Nancy is part owner of McGuire Aquatic Club and has been
instrumental in growing the club from a summer recreational program
to a year round USA swim team. She is actively involved in
SwimAmerica Conferences and the American Swim Coaches Association
learn-to-swim clinics and continuously uses the latest information
on teaching both children and adults.

Brian has been coaching swimming for the past 18 years. He
is a 3-time winner of the NIC-10 Swimming Coach of the Year
award. Currently, he is the girls head coach at Hononegah
High School and the boys head coach at Boylan High School.
Before starting McGuire Aquatic Club, Brian coached the Woodstock
Dolphins and successfully grew their team from 80 to over 250
swimmers. As coach of the Beloit Aquatic Team, Brian was one
of the youngest head coaches ever in the State of Wisconsin.
